I’m a user experience designer who also excels at visual design and user research. I prefer roles where I can do a little of everything.

I thrive in complex problem-solving, like designing for flight dispatchers—an incredibly technical field where it takes a year to become certified, yet I had just one month to understand their workflows before designing a new system.

I’m also brought in for high-pressure research projects—like conducting 20 user interviews and writing a full report in one week, a job that a research firm quoted as requiring three researchers, one month, and $30,000.

On the visual design side, my Reward Link redesign at Tango was more than just a facelift—it became the foundation for Blackhawk Network’s design system.
